Carolyn Diaz supports the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network's administrative and operational responsibilities. Graduating with an International Relations and Global Studies B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025, she brings a diverse set of experiences within international development to MFAN. From policy analysis to communications, Carolyn has previously worked with institutions including the Society for International Development – US, the Cadmus Group, Palladium, and Ubongo Learning. Most recently, she served as a Press Intern for U.S. Representative George Whitesides. Within the development space, Carolyn is most passionate about locally-led development and capacity building initiatives.
