Isabelle is a specialist and thought leader on cash transfers, with over 15 years working on the topic. Her experience spans programme design and delivery with NGOs, driving sector-wide change through the CALP network, and most recently leading DG ECHO’s cash policy and programming. Isabelle heads up GiveDirectly’s sector influencing work - focusing on catalysing the volume of direct cash transfers to people living in extreme poverty and/or on the frontlines of climate change.
